Cancellations require NPS approval and must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received after production has begun are subject to a 30% fee.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Once approved, an RMA# and the return address of the original shipping warehouse will be provided. The RMA# must be clearly written on the BOL, and returns must be sent prepaid freight to be accepted. To receive credit, returned items must be sent to the original shipping warehouse. Items must arrive in new, restockable condition to qualify for credit. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to folding chairs, folding tables, stools, and other standard lightning ship items. A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all production items, including those with wood components or fabric, such as laminate-top tables, banquet chairs, mobile cafeteria tables, stages, risers, room dividers, wooden folding tables, science tables, science cabinets, activity tables, etc... Returns will not be accepted on custom orders.
